La Vieille Maison de Crack 

Established in 1900 and located in downtown Torrington Connecticut, this house has been home to many. Over the last thirty years, La Vieille Maison de Crack has had quite the nefarious reputation. While the name remains the same, its bright future began on July 23rd. The house is currently being renovated by proprietor Scott Morris. Each of the apartments are being cleaned and remodeled. Several of these apartments are already rented and there are still apartments available to rent, while others are currently waiting for attention. Stop by, take a look and find your new home.  

Apartment 0 is located on the ground floor of the North side of the house. The apartment has a private entrance.The flat has an open concept floor plan with one separate bedroom. This apartment is currently being renovated and is unavailable at this time. 

Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the Northwest side of the house. It is currently rented.

Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of the Southwest corner of the house. The apartment has a private entrance and off-street parking for one car. It is a fully furnished three room flat, with a separate bedroom and private bathroom. This apartment is available for rent, furinished or unfurnished. 

Apartment 3 is located on the ground floor of the West side of the house.The apartment has a private entrance, a small covered porch, and off-street parking for one car. It is a comfortable two room flat. This apartment is currently under deposit. 

Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor of the East side of the house. The apartment has a private entrance and overlooks the community garden. This apartment is currently being renovated and is unavailable at this time. 

Apartment 5 is located on the ground floor of the East side of the house. The apartment has its own entrance and off-street parking for one car. It also overlooks the community garden. It is a comfortable two room flat, with a private bathroom. This apartment is available for rent. 

Apartment 6 occupies the Southwest corner on the second floor. It is currently rented.

Apartment 7 occupies the Northwest corner on the second floor. It is currently rented.

Apartment 8 is located on the second floor. The flat has a large open concept floor plan with one separate bedroom, large kitchen and pantry. This apartment is currently being renovated and is unavailable at this time.
